Exchange and return period:
The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 3 days of the date of receiving the order.
Exchange and return terms:
• The product must be in its original condition and unused.
• The product must be inside its original packaging and with all its accessories.
•Provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
•Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse cannot be exchanged or returned.
Damaged or defective products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, attaching clear photos of the product. The case will be reviewed, and the product will be replaced or its value refunded without any additional charges.
Shipping fees:
•If the reason for the replacement or return is due to an error in the order or a defect in the product, the company will bear the shipping costs.
•If the request is for exchange or return based on the customer’s wishes, shipping and logistics fees may be deducted if applicable.
Refund mechanism:
After receiving the product, inspecting it, and ensuring that it meets the return conditions, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used within the period specified by the payment service provider, which may vary depending on the bank or payment company.
